Who is my inspector?

My name is Tim Pollock, I have lived in the Nashville area my entire life. I was here for the Ice storm in 1994, Titans and Predators coming to Nashville, the 1998 downtown tornadoes, The 1999 Tennessee Titans super bowl game, the May 2010 flood and the exponential growth that followed. The most recent 2026 ice storm. I became a licensed home inspector in 2016. I became an INTERnachi Certified Professional Home Inspector a short time later. I received my FEMA disaster relief inspection badge near the end of 2020. We started offering mold inspections in the early part of 2021. I have nearly a decade of maintenance repair experience so I have knowledge and experience repairing the same issues I'm finding. We reinvest in ourselves knowing we are selling our expertise therefore offering a better service for our clients. We meet and exceed the state required Continuing education requirements, we use top of the line tools to provide a better home inspection which is why thermal imaging is included in all of our inspections.
