SO WHO IS MY INSPECTOR?

My name is Tim Pollock, I have lived in the Nashville area my whole life. I was here for the Ice storm in 1994 , Titans and Predators coming to Nashville, the 1998 downtown tornadoes, The 1999 Tennessee Titans super bowl game, the May 2010 flood. I became a licenced home inspector in 2016. I became an INTERnachi Certifed Professional Home Inspector a short time later. I recieved my FEMA disaster relief badge near the end of 2020. We have started offering mold inspections in the early part of 2021. I have 6 years of maintenance repair experience.
